Filling Vegan Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie:
makes one very large smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 cup non-dairy milk(six years ago, I used chocolate soymilk. Now, I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 heaping tbsp natural peanut butter
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
