What are your favorite overnight oats recipes?

I’ve only really made one good combination that I’ve liked, and I think it’s a good idea for me to try to branch out of my safe foods just a bit. :)

paomv:

Overnight Oats
1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, strawberries, half a banana, chia seeds, cinnamon all soaked together overnight in the fridge. Topped with Sunbutter.

fitforeveryoung:

Peaches ‘n Cream Overnight Oatmeal
1/4-1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup water (Eyeball to be about 1 inch above oats)
1 tsp flax seeds, ground
2 tbsp coconut milk
3 tsp peach greek yogurt
1/3 cup fresh or frozen peaches
In a bowl, combine oats, water, and coconut milk and microwave for 90 seconds, or until oats begin to puff up to the rim. Stir in flax, yogurt, and peaches. Set in fridge overnight.
Next morning, microwave until hot, about a minute. OR you could eat it cold, which is just as good. (: Eat up!

My favorite combo (I use water instead of milk and omit chia seeds and it still tastes great): http://www.pbfingers.com/2012/01/09/how-to-make-overnight-oats/
